I'm a writer and narrative designer whose been professionally writing for over a decade, and I've been creating stories through a variety of avenues for even longer.
My portfolio covers a range of genres and mediums, but one common thread ties them together; an emphasis on character-driven stories, using a piece of myself to form the foundation of the characters I create.
That spans from amorphous feelings in a specific time/place in my life to deep-seated emotional touchstones and childhood experiences. Building personalities and narrative journeys around that core keeps characters relatable while helping me flesh out their thoughts, feelings, goals and motivations at any given point.
